Established in 2017, Playmaker Coaching was founded and created by Youth Development Coach, Adam Thorley. Adam has been coaching for over 16 years within the Category 1 Academies of Chelsea, Derby County and Wolverhampton Wanderers, experiencing the development phases at all age groups including Foundation, Youth Development and Professional Development Phase.
As a UEFA A Licence coach, Adam brings experience and expertise both technically and tactically, with an unrivalled passion and energy to make players better, giving them the opportunity to reach their potential and play at the highest possible levels.
Philosophy
Our philosophy at Playmaker Coaching is to allow players to develop and express themselves, giving each player the opportunity to achieve their full potential. Playmaker Coaching believes players should first and foremost have a tremendous work ethic and desire to improve. Having those basics allows for other attributes to follow. We want players to develop in to technically proficient, tactically intelligent players with the ability to physically dominate their opponents.
